Booking Your Appointment

A $50 deposit is required to reserve your appointment time. Appointment requests made via phone, email, text, or DM cannot be honored until the appointment is booked online via the scheduling platform.


Last Minute Availability

Last minute appointments may be posted on IG (@studioarden.skin) or extended as a courtesy if inquired; a direct booking link will be shared to claim. Link expires 12 hours before the available time.


Cancellation/Rescheduling

Life happens, sickness happens, things come up! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. A reminder text is sent 3 days before your appointment.

–Cancellations made outside of 24 hours: deposit refunded
–Reschedules made outside of 24 hours: deposit applied
–Changes made within 24 hours: deposit forfeited
–Same day cancellation or no-show: 50% of the remaining service amount will be charged to the card on file.


Running Late

Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service and the full service fee at Studio Arden's discretion.

How to Reschedule / Cancel Your Appointment

You can easily reschedule or cancel your appointment online (refer to your appointment confirmation and reminder emails) or by emailing rebecca@studioarden.co.

Cold Sores

For your safety, I cannot perform facial treatments with active cold sores. If you feel one coming on, please reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. If you arrive with an active lesion, we will need to cancel the appointment.


Chemotherapy

If you are currently undergoing chemotherapy, please consult with your doctor before booking.


Pregnancy / Postpartum

By default, my facials are safe for pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding individuals, however, I advise you to consult with your doctor before booking any facial treatment. 


Children & Pets

Children and pets are not allowed in the studio. Parents may book their teenager under the age of 18 for treatment and be present during the session.
